Tim Bowman recorded 16 albums and ministered in 500 or more churches before he and his wife Cathy founded a church in 1995. Named "Calvary Church of the Quad Cities" and located in Moline, Illinois, the church held services in temporary locations until a building was purchased to house the congregation who had mushroomed from 42 to 600. In 2001, as that number doubled in size and continued to grow, 80 acres of property was purchased in prime location and as of 2007, four buildings have been built on the new campus. Uniquely called and gifted as pastor, preacher, teacher and servant, Tim shares a relevant gospel message to inner-city youth as easily as he speaks to church and community leaders. His vision is best stated in the church motto, "loving people to life." Tim and Cathy are residents of Moline and have two sons, Reece and Riley.
